Cancellations and returns
At BEEKS Vision and Hearing, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to change or return your order, the following procedures apply.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order up to 3 days after the order date. Please call or email us as soon as possible, so we can change or cancel your order in time.
Returns and cooling-off period
By law, you have a 14 working day cooling-off period in which you can return a product without giving any reason. This period starts on the day the product is delivered.
Please note: products that are specially made or personalised for you (such as glasses with custom-made lenses) cannot be returned.
Would you like to return a product? • Register your return via your webshop account or contact us directly. • Return the product unused and in its original packaging. • After registering your return, you will receive clear instructions from us about the return process.
Refunds
Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount (including any original shipping costs).
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be submitted in writing (by email or post). Please always include: • your full name • your IBAN number (and BIC/Swift number if required) • your order or invoice number
Please note: The bank account used for the refund must be the same account that was used to make the original payment.
Any refunds will be processed within 30 days after your return has been handled.
